There's something about the colors of fall that I just love - the bright reds, oranges and yellows {even purple} make me smile. Maybe because they're such warm and rich colors. Don't you just ♥ this bouquet? It's from a fashion photo shoot and the bouquet consists of plum ranunculus, viburnum berry, white anemone, plum tulips, white majolica spray roses, and a rose called silver finesse. I recently designed a wedding invitation and other paper goodies for an upcoming photo shoot with an illustration I did of the fun yellow flower known as billy buttons or billy balls {aka: craspedia}. I thought today it would be fun to share with you lots of inspiration for using the flower that resembles the sun and just makes me smile. One common theme I found was that billy balls are often paired with succulents and I have to say, it's an amazing look. I also like seeing the flower paired with the unexpected - like the bouquets with pink and purple flowers or the chevron pattern. What's your favorite pairing?

I recently was able to stop by Experience and Creative Design to see their amazing spring tablescapes and floral displays and knew they'd be just perfect for today's Eye Candy Friday. {photos were taken by me}. And, something a bit different - starting tomorrow I will be sharing with you this month's Wedding Vendor Challenge so be sure to stop back on both Saturday and Sunday and all next week to see the amazing ideas the vendors have come up with.

And, I can see that masquerade masks are becoming super popular decor accents. Many of the tablescapes featured beautiful ones.
