A Red, White & Blue Bouquet + A DIY Vintage Americana Wedding

Before I share with you a holiday blast from the past - I have to share with you this festive patriotic bouquet from TheBouqs and it's only $40. You will receive Red, White, & Blue Roses shipped farm direct from an active volcano with Free Shipping. It's the perfect centerpiece or even bridal bouquet for  your festive 4th of July themed wedding or party.

Now, it's time for a gorgeous DIY holiday wedding, photographed by Rebecca Watkins Photography. This couple married on July 6th and their vintage Americana wedding was inspired by the Fourth of July and Kelly's grandfather {who had worked for Coca Cola for nearly 40 years}. Come see the entire wedding in the original post here

A Winter Crystal Tree Themed Wedding in the Summer {with a waltz performance}

Today's real wedding is so gorgeously elegant - plus, it makes me think of the movie Frozen, yet their wedding was even before the movie came out. Maybe the movie took some ideas from their wedding? Probably not, but either way . . . the couple's idea of a winter crystal tree theme for a summer wedding is pretty great {and so unique}. I love it! By mixing the seasons together, it symbolized the couples love throughout the whole year, regardless of season. The couple also had a sand ceremony {this is where the vase they pour the sand into becomes a symbol of their joined life together}. The couple even did a waltz performance for their wedding guests - what a fun idea! {Love the dress the bride changed into for her dance}.

A Cruise Wedding in St. Thomas + a Traditional Chinese Wedding Tea Ceremony

Today's wedding couple, Sammi and Andy, married on a gorgeous beach in St. Thomas on a cruise with their closest family and friends. When they came home to Boston, they had traditional Chinese wedding tea ceremonies for their families {and later Sammi donned her wedding dress again for more photos}.

Urban Grunge Meets Elegance in this Black & White Themed Wedding . . . only the bride was in color
Today's wedding feature on Brandy and Elliot from Madeline's Weddings and Event is truly a stunning one. It's a wedding where urban grunge meets elegance. This wedding was all black and white - from the reception décor {which even included feathers for the centerpieces}, linens and stationery - right down to the attire the guests wore {the bride and groom requested that all guests wear just black and white which then let the bride be the only one in color}. And, wait until you see the Justin Alexander couture wedding ball gown the bride wore! It's beyond amazing!
