A Gorgeous Ivory & Blush Wedding in Canada with a Brownie Sundae Dessert

Today's wedding couple, Kate and Trevor went to a little dock on the Detroit River for their big reveal, aka the "first look". Then, creative shots were taken around the riverfront and on an old closed down golf course. The couple married on a top level terrace overlooking the Detroit River and performed a "knot" ceremony. For those that may not know, this means the bride and groom tie a knot that is impossible to undo . . . therefore putting the phrase "tie the knot" into action. The ceremony even included a Dr. Suess reading. At the reception, the chair covers and centerpieces mimicked the brides wedding gown and there was even a super elegant candy table with the guests being treated to a brownie sundae for their dessert.

A Virginia Beach Wedding with a Stunning Brooch and Fabric Floral Bouquet
Today's real wedding of Ashley and Jason took place at Cavalier Yacht and Country Club in Virginia Beach and they said their vows at Trinty Church with a super fun confetti filled exit. Between the ceremony and reception, Ross Costanza Photography headed with the bride and groom to the historic Cavalier Hotel at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront for some great photo opportunities. I love the lace wrapped fabric bouquet with rhinestone/brooch centers. And, the couples first look was actually a first "touch" as they reached around a door and held hands. This is super sweet and I think it makes the walk down the aisle even more exciting.
An Outdoor Montana Wedding in the Glacier National Park with a Canoe
Today's wedding from Brett Birdsong Photography is absolutely breathtaking. The backdrop of the Montana mountains at Glacier National Park provides for some pretty spectacular photos. When you see the photos of the bride and groom after saying "I Do" and they are floating in the canoe, there is such a sense of calm and love in these shots. It's beautiful. And, I'm going to leave this exactly as I found it on Brett's blog because I love it . . . In the words of National Geographic photographer Jim Richardson, "If you want to be a better photographer, stand in front of more interesting stuff." Thanks, Montana, for some of the most "interesting stuff" I’ve ever seen. I have to say, I agree, don't you?
An Elegant Rustic Wedding in California with Huge Oak Trees + a Mini Horse

Today's Real Wedding took place at the Santa Margarita Historic Ranch in California and is the one of the most perfectly rustic elegant weddings. The brides and groom say their vows in-front of large oak tree and then in the middle of a field have their photos taken by a single large oak tree. It's absolutely breathtaking - and so is the bride's wedding dress with all the layers of tulle. I'm loving the menu and stationery designs that resemble chalkboard art. Oh, and wait until you see the sweet little horse that came to visit the bride.
