Green and White Wedding in Marietta, Georgia at an old train station

I am in love with all the gorgeousness in today's wedding of Lindsey and Garrison that was photographed by Tin Can Photography. They held their traditional ceremony at the First Presbyterian Church in the Historic Marietta Square and then headed to their reception at an old train station that has been turned into a reception venue. One special feature of the reception was the huge Mason jar chandelier installation that was created especially for them. And, I'm loving the hand-painted signs used throughout the wedding including the ones that point out the "I Do's" and "Reception".

Real Wedding : a beautiful backyard affair with a late night snack

Today's Colorado wedding, photographed by Alison White Photography, took place in the yard of a rented home, just around the corner from the church. There was a chandelier hanging from a tree which was used as a prop for the "photo booth". The chandelier image was also echoed in the invitations as well as on the ceremony programs. The detail shots below of the bride, the groom, the bridesmaid and the groomsmen are beautiful. Especially the shots of the necklaces with the dress necklines - LOVE those.

This idea is just brilliant - in lieu of escort cards, the bride had each name of her guests written on a trio of antique window frames. These frames were hanging in the entrance when the guests arrived.

The mother of the bride found a navy and white fabric which she used to sew table runners as well as accents for the cocktail tables and baskets to hold toiletries in the bathroom. The navy and white table linens were offset by sunflower yellow napkins and yellow and white chinese lanterns.

As the evening drew to a close, the bride surprised her new husband by setting out milk and cookies for a late night snack {one of his favorite things to eat}.

Thank you Alison for sharing such a lovely and cozy backyard wedding with my readers today. To see more from Alison White Photography, please visit her web site and blog.
