Real Wedding : yellow & blue, it's a relaxed and fun summer wedding

Today's royal blue and yellow wedding, photographed by Leslie Roark Photography, is the perfect summer color combination - especially if you're marrying beachside, like Kristen and John were. Today's bride and groom wanted a relaxed, fun, summer-ish feel to their wedding and yellow seemed to be the perfect summer color to start with. But, Kristen knew she wanted colored, funky shoes so she decided that royal blue would work perfectly with the yellow and add that "pop" to her shoes she was looking for. And, I love a couple that just wants their guests to come and have a good time to celebrate the beginning of their marriage and new life together. After all, isn't that what it should be about? Marrying the one you love and celebrating with all your friends and family?

Thank you so much Leslie for sharing this beautiful summer wedding of Kristen and John with my readers today. To see more from Leslie Roark Photography, please visit her web site.

Real Wedding : a spectacular pink and orange beach affair

Even though the weather isn't as cold up here in the north as it has been, there's still snow on the ground and I'm already wishing for spring. So, to help me feel a little warmer I wanted to showcase an amazing Florida beach wedding today. It was photographed by the lovely Leslie of Leslie Roark Photography, whom I've had the pleasure to meet in person. Last October, Leslie came up to New Jersey for a destination wedding, so myself, hubby and daughter drove down to meet her for a family photo session and my biz headshots. She's such a sweetheart. Thank you again Leslie for the wonderful photos and memories. And, now onto today's wedding...

David and Christine's beach wedding was held in Navarre and I love the pink and orange color scheme, so perfect for a Florida wedding. The brides Maggie Sottero gown was gorgeous and just wait until you see the sunset shot. Probably one of my favs and would be so perfect for a canvas print. I also love the bridesmaids bouquets, simple yet so perfect with their dresses.

Thank you so much Leslie for sharing this spectacular wedding with my readers today. To see more from David and Christine's wedding, please click here.

Real Wedding : Brandon and Kimmy in Florida {no4}

And, now onto the party . . . Throughout today, I've been sharing with you a beach wedding filled with vibrant colors, a beautiful couple and fun guests from Leslie of Leslie Roark Photograpy and coordinator Robyn of Mix Mingle Glow. I can't help but smile when I see these photos, you can tell everyone is having a great time. Just look at the brides face as she's kissed by her parents, the expression is priceless. Additional vendors included caterer Dine by Design and the cake was created by Fatty Patty’s.
and, I have to end today's Real Wedding with these two gorgeous couple portraits - makes me long for a beach wedding of my own - maybe for our 10 year vow renewal?
Thank you so much Leslie {Leslie Roark Photograpy} and Robyn {Mix Mingle Glow} for sharing this bright and fabulous wedding with my readers. And, congrats to Brandon and Kimmy on your marriage.

Real Wedding : Brandon and Kimmy in Florida {no3}

Today we are featuring a beach wedding from Leslie of Leslie Roark Photograpy and coordinator Robyn of Mix Mingle Glow. Loving the photos of the rings on the fishing reel. And, I've seen sand ceremonies where the couple had purchased the sand to use, but, for this wedding, the bride and groom took the sand from the beach. What a wonderful way to preserve a special part of your wedding (although I'm not sure if this would be allowed on all beaches).
Do come back in a bit as I have even more from this lovely wedding . . .
