A Seaside Themed Handmade Wedding in the UK by Tracey Ann Photography

Today's real wedding feature from Tracey Ann Photography brings us to Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby in the UK for the handmade wedding of Emma and Lee. Emma's mother was super creative and handmade the wedding cake, the table decorations, the wedding bouquet and even the bunting {I love the look of bunting and this wedding had lots of it}. After saying I Do, the couple and their wedding party took a walk through the village for photographs at the beach before heading to their seaside themed reception. This part of the wedding I just love as it's not something you hear about in the US for weddings {at least I don't hear about it}. When dinner was served the bride and groom were invited to light the fuse of a antique canon which fired a canon ball into the sea to honor their marriage.

Since Emma's mother had such an amazing response to all of the handmade items she created, she has now set up her own business called Moira Jane Wedding Artiste where she designs bespoke wedding decor for other couples. For Emma's bouquet, her and her mother gathered the buttons and brooches from various antique shops in Whitby and other areas for her bouquet. She was also given some by family and found other at various online shops.

A whimsical seaside wedding in South Africa with breathtaking views

Today's wedding comes to us all the way from Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. Jayne and Andries held their wedding at the Plettenberg Bay hotel and married outside in the ruins of an old cathedral. After the vows, the bride and groom with their guests headed to the beach for some fun where there were all sorts of games and entertainment. The bride is a wedding planner and her attention to detail can be seen in each flower, place setting and napkin. The fun and unique stationery was created by Nita of Elsje Designs and included stitched brown paper bag menus, pop-up placemats, distressed foil paper rosettes and more. The brides beautiful dress was from Abigail Betz and the fun day was captured by Wesley Vorster.
